TMDSAS prompts. If you're interested in applying to Texas schools (excepting Baylor), then you must write two essay, with an optional third. The prompt for the TMDSAS personal statement has essentially the same idea as the AMCAS personal comments essay, but has a shorter limit of 5000 characters: Explain your motivation to seek a career in.
